Salary: USD 28–32 per hour
Role & seniority: Test Technician – QA (mid-level, ~2+ years in complex/vehicle testing)
Stack/tools: In-house test tools; JIRA/Confluence (or Azure DevOps); MS Office/Google Suites; basic software/hardware testing; data/log analysis
Support vehicle operations and conduct software/hardware testing; collect data and report findings
Analyze vehicle logs/test data to trace failures, document root causes, and communicate with engineers
Manage defect lifecycle (recognition to resolution) and assist with documentation/metrics
2+ years running complex testing or vehicle testing; basic QA testing experience
Strong written/verbal communication; proactive, safety-first, and results-driven
Experience with JIRA/Confluence or Azure DevOps; MS Office/Google Suites; ability to work in a team
Python or other scripting/coding experience; CAN/ethernet or other vehicle communication bus familiarity
Additional experience with issue reporting tools and high-level scripting

As a Test Technician, you will execute testing, review data, produce ZPTs, and log them. These ZPTs include known issues and new ones that must be logged as new tickets in JIRA and communicated to engineers. You must be able to work specific shifts as required by operational demands, including early mornings, evenings, overnights and/or weekends.
You will assist and interact with multiple teams across the company, from computer vision, infrastructure, and sound design to strategy, vehicle engineering, and ride operations. We are looking for operators who are disciplined, team players, and believe in doing whatever it takes to accomplish the mission.
