Full Description

Job location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Need someone who can own the full performance testing lifecycle — from gathering non-functional requirements (NFRs) to running tests, diagnosing issues, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with developers and architects to optimize application performance.

Primary Skills

LoadRunner (Performance Center): Expert-level scripting, scenario design, and results interpretation.

Dynatrace: For real-time performance monitoring and tracing.

Splunk: For log analysis and trend reporting.

Python: Used for automation, data processing, and possibly integrating performance reports.
