Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Software Quality Assurance Engineer based in Jaffna. The role involves performing manual software testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our digital solutions. The candidate will collaborate with development teams to identify and address software issues, design test plans, and ensure product reliability through rigorous quality assurance processes. Qualifications Expertise in Software Quality and Software Quality Assurance Proficiency in Manual Testing Basic understanding of Software Development processes and workflows Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to identify issues Effective communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred Knowledge of FinTech or experience in related industries is a plus
