We are looking for a QA Automation Lead with strong hands-on experience in building automation frameworks from scratch and deep knowledge of Claims processes within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, design efficient test solutions, and ensure delivery of high-quality, defect-free software. Responsibilities Lead automation testing efforts across Claims-related applications within the P&C insurance domain. Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks from the ground up. Create, execute, and manage automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. Collaborate with development, business, and QA teams to ensure test coverage and high-quality deliverables. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and manage test reporting. Mentor and guide QA engineers on automation best practices and framework maintenance. Mandatory Skills Strong Claims experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation. Ability to set up and maintain automation frameworks from scratch. Proficiency in Java (preferred) or similar programming languages. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab). Excellent understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Big Plus Duck Creek experience (Claims, Policy, or Billing modules). Exposure to API automation (Postman, RestAssured). Knowledge of BDD tools (Cucumber) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
