Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive quality assurance within a dynamic finance/banking technology environment. Our team values collaborative problem-solving and effective communication to support a critical customer alerts platform.

Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive test plans and develop detailed test cases aligned with functional and business specifications. Integrate, configure, and install automation scripts for continuous integration tools (CI/CD), primarily Jenkins. Conduct regression and smoke testing on new builds, identifying defects through both black and white box testing techniques. Collaborate with agile teams to ensure high-quality deliverables within two-week sprints.

Required

Bachelor’s degree is required. Minimum 7 years of experience working in DevOps environments, including installation and integration of automation scripts with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Java, and test case writing with Cucumber BDD. Experience with the software development lifecycle using Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies, and utilizing Jira.
