We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will

• Provide professional consultancy/support timely for application teams’ queries/requests.
• Work with Java and Spring Boot experienced developers
• Ensure the technical design/code structure is technical coherent, future proof and compliance with technology standards and regulatory obligations.
• Hands-on coder
• Collaborate with Enterprise/Solution Architects, Business Analyst to deliver high quality APIs to enable reusability in the Group.
• Design and build solutions by increasing customer satisfaction and align solutions to the business and IT Initiatives for the Fixed Income desks.
• Build solutions with an engineering mindset that not just achieve functional objectives but also cater to non-functional requirements with consistent performance that help our business to grow revenue.
• Interact with local and global business analysts, project managers, technical architects and developers, detailing the design and driving quality end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate closely with global technology teams and support functions, with regards to strategy, operating model, implementation, production support transition and project lifecycle governance.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance and test automation development.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing processes and methodologies.
• Hands-on understanding of VisionPLUS modules (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, ITS, LTS, ASM) and scheme simulators (Visa/Mastercard).
• Working knowledge of SmartVista for debit and credit card processing.
• Experience with API testing.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with local, interfacing, and third-party teams.
• Good understanding of credit, debit, and commercial card products, including current industry features and offerings.
• Able to quickly grasp new product features early (even with limited documentation) and liaise with Process Leads/Specialists/BAs on test scripting, execution, reporting, and status updates; Agile/DevOps experience is a plus.
