Clients engage RGP For expertise in delivering large complex projects to strengthen their Business. As Workday HCM Consultant You will work on a diverse range of Projects. Though relevant experience, you will have been exposed to multiple and ideally complex (global) projects and business and be able to adapt these to our clients ‘unique Environment.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Design and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Workday HCM modules
• Perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and UAT support
• Validate Talent & Performance, Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting modules
• Conduct data validation, regression testing, and defect tracking
• Automation & Tools
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts (where applicable)

Use tools like: Workday testing frameworks, API/UI testing tools, Test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Hands-on experience in testing Workday HCM modules, including Talent & Performance, Core HCM, Compensation, and Recruiting
• Proven expertise in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases
• Strong experience in Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support
• Experience in performing data validation, regression testing, and end-to-end defect tracking and management
• Familiarity with Workday-specific testing frameworks and methodologies
• Practical experience in test automation (where applicable), including developing and maintaining automation scripts
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and HP ALM
• Experience with API and UI testing tools for validating integrations and front-end functionality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business users during UAT phases
