In one sentence An IT Architecture and Automation Leadership role driving the evolution of enterprise IT toward Low‑Code, Code‑as‑Infrastructure, and Agentic AI. This is not a pure automation engineer role, but a hands‑on architect‑level position with broad system ownership. What will your job look like? Lead modern IT architecture across Windows, Identity, Automation, and AI. Design end‑to‑end systems and produce HLD and LLD documentation. Replace manual operations and legacy tooling with code, workflows, and automation. Build automation and workflow platforms (Azure Automation, Logic Apps, CI/CD, n8n). Design and implement Agentic AI systems with guardrails and auditability. Lead complex production incidents and root cause analysis. Mentor and technically lead engineers. Operate independently while collaborating across teams. Drive technical execution in projects alongside Project Managers. All you need is... Advanced PowerShell and production automation expertise. strong understanding of syntax structure, code logic, and software development concepts. Strong background in Windows, Identity (AD / Entra ID), infrastructure, and cloud. Architectural mindset and system design skills. Strong autodidact with high ownership and accountability. Ability to work with people and lead independently. Hands‑on AI‑assisted development experience- big advantage
