**Top 3 responsibilities: **

  • Migrate legacy RPA workflows to agent-based architectures

  • Design/build/deploy LLM agents and multi-step workflows with memory/state/tool use

  • Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM/ATS/ERP) and improve reliability, observability, and cost

  • Must-have skills:

    • 5–10 years in software engineering/automation

    • Strong RPA experience

    • Hands-on AWS experience (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IAM)

    • Proven experience building/working with LLM agents

    • Agent orchestration experience (LangGraph/Strands)

    • Strong API/event-driven/workflow orchestration knowledge

    • Strong Python (or JavaScript) skills

We’re hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to lead the transition from legacy RPA workflows to intelligent, agent-driven systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design, build, and scale modern automation using agent frameworks and AWS-native services. What You’ll Do Lead migration of legacy RPA solutions into agent-based architectures. Design and develop AI agents using LangGraph, Strands, or similar frameworks. Build and deploy agent workflows on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway). Orchestrate multi-step workflows with memory, state, and tool usage. Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, ATS, ERP, APIs, databases). Improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of automation pipelines. Partner with business and product teams to identify automation opportunities. Must-Have Skills 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related roles. Strong background in RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). Hands-on experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IAM). Proven experience building or working with LLM-powered agents. Experience with LangGraph, Strands, or similar orchestration frameworks. Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript. Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and workflow orchestration. Certifications (Preferred to have one or more) AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional. AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (highly valued). AWS Certified Developer – Associate. UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent (nice to have). Nice to Have Experience transitioning from RPA to AI/agent-based automation. Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
