We’re hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to lead the transition from legacy RPA workflows to intelligent, agent-driven systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design, build, and scale modern automation using agent frameworks and AWS-native services. What You’ll Do Lead migration of legacy RPA solutions into agent-based architectures. Design and develop AI agents using LangGraph, Strands, or similar frameworks. Build and deploy agent workflows on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway). Orchestrate multi-step workflows with memory, state, and tool usage. Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, ATS, ERP, APIs, databases). Improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of automation pipelines. Partner with business and product teams to identify automation opportunities. Must-Have Skills 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related roles.
