To this end, we are in continuous learning and managing change. What is the job about? The Verification Engineer is responsible for planning and executing Subsystem/System Verification Testing. This includes the generation of test plans, procedures, and test reports, as well as conducting verification by design review, analysis and system-level functional, as well as helping with the environmental and EMC testing (either at Clue labs and at offsite facilities). We're looking for experienced engineers with significant experience in qualification testing. It is valuable: Intimate knowledge of system engineering processes; previous system test development and hardware/firmware/software integration experience; ability to work fast pace and coordinate with electronic/mechanical/software engineers.
What will you do?
Take part in the refinement of processes and procedures for your area of expertise.
Get involved in the full lifecycle (from requirements validation through to verification/certification and delivery).
Collect the test-means requirements: capturing, challenging and tailoring a solution in close contact with the stakeholders and settling/agreeing on the system verification and validation strategy.
Create Verification plans, test procedures and reports.
Lead Verification campaign activities on projects under development according to customer requirements and specifications.
Support other teams in EMC/Environmental related investigations and in the resolution of issues identified during tests.
Support certification efforts by generating Systems Engineering artifacts throughout the product development lifecycle.
Ensure that proper effective engineering processes are utilized in the execution of the project.
Collaborate with architects from different teams: SYS, SW,, HW & FW, in order to ensure consistency and technical excellence.
What profile are we looking for?
Electronics, Aerospace, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering Master Degree.
Understanding of main Aerospace Environmental and EMI/EMC standards for the testing of avionics hardware such as RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810.
Specific knowledge in system engineering (INCOSE, V&V, Configuration, Process Assurance).
Knowledge of office automation
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in written and oral English.
Hardware/electronics understanding.
Experience with avionics products and projects.
Experience in international projects.
Knowledge of aerospace standards.
Certified INCOSE.
