Full Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Testing Specialist to lead quality assurance initiatives across the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual and automated testing, test strategy design, and defect management, ensuring high-quality product delivery in agile environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern tools

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements

  • Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools

  • Lead test cycles, including planning, execution, and reporting

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and best practices

  • Mentor junior QA engineers and review their work

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
