Global Internal Audit provides independent, objective assurance to management and the risk and audit committees as to whether the framework of risk management, control, and governance processes, as designed and represented by management, is adequate and functioning. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Global Professional Practices (GPP) team in the role of Senior IT Quality Assurance Manager. This will be a key role in the GPP team. You would be reporting directly to the Head of QA (Technology and Corporate Functions) this role is crucial to the execution of the Global Internal Audit (GIA) Quality Assurance and Improvement Programme (QAIP). The main goal is to ensure that GIA’s activities are effective and meet the Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) Standards, regulatory expectations, and GIA’s Internal Audit methodology. The role supports GIA’s ambitions to be a valued and strategic internal audit partner, delivering coordinated, risk-based assurance and pragmatic insight to contribute to the bank’s success for the benefit of our shareholders and customers. We aim to set industry standards and drive digital innovation for better quality, efficiency and effective assurance activities.
