**Top 3 responsibilities: **

Define and implement test handling/test solutions for new packages/products, including capability development and execution of buyoff & release.
Lead test cell engineering: define guidelines, perform design reviews with suppliers, and manage test cell performance/quality/reliability.
Own documentation and supplier scope: equipment/test technology development, buyoff/release documentation, and scope of work with equipment suppliers; govern equipment software/recipes.

**Must-have skills: **

8+ years in test handling (gravity feed/pick & place/strip test experience)

Key responsibilities in your new role

Define best-fit test solution for New Packages/Products Develop test handling capability for New Packages/Products Execute buyoff and release for New/Upgrade/Modification on Handler, Conversion Kit, Contactor, Docking, and Software Revision Define Equipment/Test Technology Buyoff and Release Process Responsible for documentation of Equipment/Test Technology Development, Buyoff, and Release according to business process Define, compile, and review the scope of work with the equipment supplier for Development projects Define and execute Test Cell Design Guideline and Design Review with the equipment supplier prior to tool up Govern equipment software and recipe Lead medium to high complexity Test Cell Engineering work package Monitoring of new Test Cell Performance, Quality, and Reliability to ensure Equipment Procurement Specifications are met Identify and drive improvement programs on Test Cell performance for existing and new packages (e.g, MTBA / MTBF, PPJ, Disabled sites)

Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent field Minimum 8 years of working experience in test handling related function (Ex, Gravity Feed, Pick & Place, Strip Test platform) can also be considered Knowledge in the AUTOCAD software tool (or equivalent) and well-versed in mechanical drawing Knowledge of basic project management skills and statistical data analysis Posses strong Analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Mechanical, Material, and Thermal Simulation Tools is an added advantage Knowledge in Electrical Test Methodology is an added advantage
