Full Description
Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems with a track record of delivering high-end, customized, cost-effective solutions for mission readiness. Bagira’s simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 sites worldwide. Bagira is looking for a SW / HW QA Lead to join our engineering team at Bagira. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced technical leader with strong leadership qualities, a can-do attitude, and a passion for technology to help us build and lead a new SW&HW QA testing team within Bagira, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software and hardware-integrated simulation systems. What will you do?
Own the QA strategy: define end-to-end test plans, validation strategies, and quality metrics for our systems, with comprehensive coverage across unit, integration, system, and regression testing. Lead system-level validation of hardware-software integrated products, including deep system debugging, root cause analysis, and integration testing across firmware, drivers, and hardware interfaces.
Build advanced test automation: design automation frameworks and test infrastructure (Hardware-in-the-Loop, automated test rigs, simulation environments) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines. Lead and mentor QA engineers, collaborate with embedded developers, hardware engineers, and DevOps, and shape architecture and design decisions to improve testability and reliability.
