Role: QA Analyst

Location: Toronto (Hybrid — 2 day/week )

The QA Analyst will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a regulatory-driven initiative. This role focuses on executing test cases, validating data and reporting outputs, and working closely with business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are production-ready.

Execute UAT test cases and scenarios across data, reporting, and dashboarding solutions
Support test planning, including test case creation, data setup, and validation approach
Validate data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting outputs against business requirements
Log, track, and retest defects; support triage and resolution with QA and development teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
Maintain test documentation, execution status, and evidence for audit purposes
Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues
Support go-live activities, including validation and post-release checks

Experience in QA/UAT for data, reporting, or analytics-driven projects
Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and testing methodologies
Hands-on experience with test execution and defect management
Ability to work in cross-functional teams (business, QA, development)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall environments
