Top 3 responsibilities:
-
Lead V&V strategy & coverage: define/manage Integration, Verification & Validation strategy; plan test campaigns; maintain traceability (requirements ↔ test cases ↔ results) covering functional & non-functional requirements.

Technical leadership: run V&V-related technical reviews (e.g., TRR/TRB/QR); oversee integration coordination; manage defect resolution; ensure test environment configuration/maintenance.

Manage teams & client reporting: lead V&V engineers (planning, milestones, best practices, automation/continuous improvement); act as client point of contact; produce V&V documentation (plans, procedures, reports).

Test/traceability management and end-to-end V&V coordination (functional + non-functional)

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
We are looking for a Verification and Validation (V&V) Manager to lead validation and verification activities, ensuring compliance with the system’s functional, performance, security and availability requirements.
Activity management: defining and maintaining the Integration, Verification and Validation strategy; defining, planning, coordinating and supervising test campaigns; managing traceability matrices between requirements, test cases and results; ensuring complete coverage of functional and non-functional requirements
Technical management: lead technical reviews related to V&V (TRR, TRB, QR, etc.); coordinate integration activities with teams; oversee defect resolution; ensure the correct configuration and maintenance of test environments
Team management: lead teams of V&V engineers, assign tasks, set priorities and track milestones; facilitate communication; promote best practices in quality, automation and continuous improvement.
Client management and reporting: act as the point of contact for the client; prepare and present documentation related to V&V (test plans, procedures, reports, etc.)
