Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer We are actively looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join a globally recognized investment management organization known for managing large-scale institutional investments across public equity, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and fixed-income assets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with exposure to enterprise-level applications, cutting-edge automation practices, and global technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks and automation scripts.
• Drive QA automation initiatives and promote Shift-Left testing practices across Agile teams.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Enhance automation efficiency, stability, scalability, and test coverage.
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of QA best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support end-to-end quality engineering activities.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation / Quality Engineering.
• Strong experience with SQL, Python, PyTest, and Zephyr.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and test scripting.
• Strong understanding of QE methodologies, SDLC, regression testing, test planning, and defect management.
• Experience writing clean, reusable, and maintainable automation code.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Capital Markets / Investment Management domain experience.
