Drive delivery readiness: optimize automation for release test plans/reports and improve automated test coverage
Must-have skills:
- Payments/financial domain knowledge
- Strong automation in Python + Robot Framework and CI with Jenkins
- Practical testing fundamentals (ISTQB Foundation level) + regression, defect management, RCA
- Ability to gather/manage test data and build necessary test datasets
- Communication and leadership to drive QA/automation focus across the team
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with additional test tools/test management tools
- Experience with broader end-to-end testing (manual + automation) throughout SDLC
