As a Validation Engineer for DRAM Compute Products, you will be supporting the preparation, execution, and analysis of silicon validation tests to ensure product functionality, quality, and reliability. In this role, you will work closely with multi-functional teams to identify silicon issues, improve validation coverage, and contribute to ongoing validation efforts related to DRAM-based computing solutions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and implement validation tests and hardware setups for silicon testing. Analyze validation results to ensure correctness, completeness, and appropriate coverage. Identify, categorize, and document silicon issues in a clear and structured manner. Support investigation of functional and margin‑related test results. Collaborate with Design and Validation teams to address software and hardware limitations during validation activities. Communicate validation findings effectively and support root‑cause analysis efforts. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Approximately 2 years of confirmed experience in validation, testing, silicon bring‑up, or related engineering roles. Understanding of circuit‑level concepts, including simulation and debug fundamentals. Solid understanding of C, C++, and/or Python. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of DRAM architecture and functionality. Experience or exposure to Python‑based validation scripts or test automation. Familiarity with validation environments, coverage concepts, and lab or tester equipment. Ability to contribute to expanding validation scope through functional and margin testing. Strong analytical skills and partnership attitude within engineering teams.
