Your role as Azure DevOps Test & Governance SME We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Test & Governance SME to help design and operationalize testing, governance, and traceability processes within Azure DevOps across enterprise programs and executive initiatives.

This is not a traditional QA tester role. We are looking for someone with deep Azure DevOps platform knowledge who can support structured testing, governance controls, stakeholder-led UAT, and audit-ready delivery practices.

As an Azure DevOps Test & Governance SME at Bridge Partners, you will partner with business, program, and technical stakeholders to build scalable testing and governance frameworks that improve visibility, compliance, and operational consistency across complex initiatives. The ideal candidate combines Azure DevOps Test Plans expertise with strong governance, security, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.

How you’ll contribute Configure and support Azure DevOps Test Plans and related governance workflows Design and manage test suites, test scripts, traceability models, and validation processes Facilitate stakeholder-led UAT and governance testing activities across enterprise programs Support secure and scalable testing processes across multiple programs and stakeholder groups Configure dashboards, reporting, and quality metrics to improve leadership visibility and decision-making Help implement governance standards, auditability, and operational controls within Azure DevOps Partner with business, program, and technical teams to improve testing, release governance, and delivery practices Support traceability between requirements, testing, approvals, and release processes Contribute to governance-focused testing strategies and audit-ready operational workflows

Your skills and experience Deep hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans and enterprise testing workflows Experience supporting governance-focused or enterprise-scale testing initiatives Strong understanding of Azure DevOps permissions, traceability, work item relationships, and governance controls Experience facilitating UAT and coordinating non-technical stakeholders across complex initiatives Understanding of secure SDLC practices, governance frameworks, or compliance-oriented delivery models Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting audit, compliance, or executive governance processes strongly preferred Experience configuring custom workflows, work item types, or testing-related process models preferred Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts and release governance practices preferred Experience supporting multiple programs, business units, or stakeholder groups within Azure DevOps environments Ability to speak confidently about governance-focused testing strategies, secure permissions management, traceability models, and audit-ready approval workflows

Compensation The hourly pay range for this role is $80 to $95 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
