该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibility: Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QSM), and lead the improvement of key process quality issues to enhance overall quality performance. Lead the analysis of customer quality issues, conduct in-depth root cause investigation, and follow up on the formulation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. Provide quality data services, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of quality data, and meet customer requirements for quality information. Regularly implement measurement system analysis (MSA) to ensure the reliability and accuracy of measurement tools and data. Solve various quality problems, including those related to performance testing, reliability testing, labeling, First Article Inspection (FAI), and shipment data. Establish comprehensive product inspection standards for the entire production process, excluding Incoming Quality Control (IQC). Monitor quality performance indicators, collect and analyze quality data regularly, and organize team discussions to identify improvement opportunities. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Automation, Electronics, Communication Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control. Familiar with the customer complaint handling process and capable of coordinating and resolving customer complaints effectively. Able to lead and drive a team to complete quality improvement projects and achieve improvement goals. Familiar with ISO9000 quality management system; experience with IATF16949 is preferred. Capable of conducting internal audits, following up on audit findings and corrective actions; internal auditor qualification is a plus. Basic oral English communication skills and good written English communication skills.
