Role & seniority: QA and Application Support Analyst (mid-level) focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration and quality assurance.
Stack/tools: Microsoft Dynamics 365; Microsoft Azure DevOps; Business Intelligence; Microsoft Office; UAT; test case/script development; defect management tooling.
Lead and manage smoke and regression testing for applications.
Triage, prioritize, and assign incoming help desk requests; escalate unresolved issues.
