  • QA/QC test documentation platforms as required (e.g., NETA, Short Circuit Study, Torque/Megger sheets, TAB, startup reports)

  • Receiving checklist software platform (client-specific)

**Top 3 responsibilities: **

  • Execute JLL-SKAE QA/QC Program across L1–L5 commissioning levels (or per client scope), including documentation and deliverables through L2/L3

  • Inspect and verify MEP: drawings/submittals review, incoming equipment receiving checklist, mockups (if required), set-in-place checklists, final inspections prior to L3 energization

  • Track and close issues/observations during walkthroughs and inspections in Procore/required platform, ensuring timely closeout and delivery of startup reports

**Must-have skills: **

  • Strong familiarity with Cx/QA/QC process and commissioning deliverables (L1–L3 emphasis)

  • Onsite safety awareness; OSHA-30 certified (or within 30 days)

  • Self-starter with ability to document, track, and manage QA/QC records

  • Experience with data centers and fiel

Full Description

Data center project field QA/QC role that is responsible to execute the JLL-SKAE QA/QC Program throughout the L1-L5 commissioning (Cx) levels or specified responsibilities based on our clients’ requirements. It is required to work onsite full-time (40-50 hours a week) with the potential for overtime.

Responsibilities

Review MEP Drawings, approved submittals and specifications as needed Inspect incoming MEP equipment and complete the required receiving checklist on the required software platform If required, perform preparatory phase meetings with all subcontractors and confirm readiness to work onsite Review MEP mockups for equipment or specific systems as required per specifications Document and track all required QA/QC deliverables and test reports during L2 and L3 (NETA, Short Circuit Study, Torque/Megger sheets, TAB etc…) Ensure that all set-in place inspection checklists are completed by JLL-SKAE and the subs/vendors Perform inspection for foreign object debris (FOD) inside MEP equipment if required Perform final equipment inspection prior to L3 Energization. Ensure all L3 document deliverables including startup reports are provided. Assist with the development of methods of procedure (MOP’s) for specific equipment and systems. Track and organize all required documentation for L1-L3 on Procore or other software platform Record observations and issues in the required software platform during walk throughs and inspections Manage all issues and observations in the required software platform and ensure timely closeout

Qualifications

Ability to be a self-starter OSHA-30 certified or within 30 days of employment At least 3 years of data center experience At least 2 years of QA/QC experience Strong familiarity with the Cx/QA/QC process Strong onsite safety awareness Is willing to be a traveler and assigned to projects in other regions in the US. Preferred- Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) certified Preferred- NFPA-70E certified Preferred- Work experience with high profile data center clients
