Requirements

5 or more years of experience in heavy performance testing. Proficiency in Neoload or LoadRunner performance testing tools. Experience with scripting performance tests for complex applications. Experience with analyzing and optimizing application load performance. Experience with troubleshooting and debugging performance test scripts. Experience with rapid response and proactive problem resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and execute performance test scripts using specialized tools. Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and performance degradation. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance. Troubleshoot and debug complex performance test failures. Ensure rapid and reactive response to testing needs and issues. Document test plans, results, and performance metrics. Contribute immediately to ongoing performance testing initiatives.
