Role: Performance Test Lead

Location: Sydney (Parramatta)

Lead end-to-end performance testing and engineering initiatives using NeoLoad or LoadRunner, ensuring high-quality, defect-free production rollouts.
Define and implement performance testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices aligned with business and technical goals.
Design, develop, and execute load, stress, and scalability tests, analyze results, and provide optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with architecture, development, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish automated performance validation processes.
Conduct capacity planning and system tuning to improve application and infrastructure performance.
Mentor team members and promote a performance-first culture across projects and delivery teams.
