V2 Innovations Inc is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in test automation, QA methodologies, and CI/CD integration within Agile environments. This position requires hands-on experience in both development and testing, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to validate software functionality, performance, and security. Design and implement test strategies for complex applications across multiple platforms. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, promoting best practices and effective testing methodologies. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, and testing. Review and analyze system specifications to ensure test coverage and business requirement alignment. Execute both manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and ensure proper defect tracking and resolution. Perform regression, API, integration, and performance testing as part of release cycles. Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
