Role & seniority: Agentforce QA (senior-level QA/Software Tester) for a 12+ month contract in financial services.
Stack/tools: Salesforce Agentforce platform (Agent Builder, Agent Actions, Topics, Agentforce Testing Center); QA methodologies (Agile/Scrum); test automation and scripting (Python, Java, JavaScript).
Design, implement, and maintain QA/test plans and test cases for the Agentforce platform and sensor-integrated hardware/software products.
Develop and execute automated tests; contribute to test automation strategies using preferred scripting languages.
Validate high-volume, real-time sensor data streams and CRM integrations (e.g., with Salesforce); document defects and coordinate fixes.
5+ years in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
3+ years testing sensor-based systems, IoT, or hardware/software integrated products.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce testing (Agent Builder, Agent Actions, Topics, Testing Center).
Strong QA methodologies knowledge (Agile/Scrum) and best practices for software and AI/Agent testing.
Proficiency in test automation and scripting (Python, Java, JavaScript).
Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
Experience with data validation for high-volume, real-time sensor data.
Experience testing CRM integrations (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) with Agentforce.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field 5+ years of proven experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing 3+ years of experience testing sensor-based systems, IoT devices, or other hardware/software integrated products Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce platform testing, including knowledge of Agent Builder, Agent Actions, Topics, and the Agentforce Testing Center Strong understanding of QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and best practices for both traditional software and AI/Agent testing Proficiency in test automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
