Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver. Write and execute SQL queries for backend data validation, performance, and integrity checks. Perform manual and regression testing across web, API, and database layers. Collaborate with developers and business teams to define quality metrics and acceptance criteria. Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous integration testing. Log, prioritize, and track defects using tools like JIRA and coordinate their resolution. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify test optimization opportunities.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Selenium WebDriver. Solid understanding of OOP concepts and ability to code in Java for automation. Strong SQL skills write, execute, and analyze complex queries and joins. Familiar with JUnit, TestNG, or similar test frameworks. Working knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test plans, and bug tracking. Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git). Excellent communication and analytical skills.
