**Top 3 responsibilities: **

Design and execute performance test plans/scenarios/scripts for web, APIs, and enterprise apps (load/stress/spike/endurance/scalability).

Develop/maintain performance test scripts in JMeter/BlazeMeter and run tests.

Analyze results to identify bottlenecks (apps/APIs/databases/infrastructure) and produce performance reports with recommendations.

Job Description – Performance Tester (JMeter / BlazeMeter) We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in performance testing tools like JMeter and BlazeMeter. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance test scenarios for web, API, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance test plans, test scenarios, and scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter and BlazeMeter.
- Perform different types of performance testing including load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
- Generate performance reports with key metrics, findings, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
- Monitor application behavior during performance tests and provide tuning recommendations.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where required.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
- Expertise in JMeter scripting, execution, and result analysis.
- Experience with BlazeMeter for performance test execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, REST APIs, and web application performance testing.
- Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis.
- Understanding of Agile methodology and defect management processes.
