The Test Automation Lead will be responsible for leading the testing team in designing, developing, and implementing automation frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This role involves collaborating with development teams, mentoring junior testers, and driving best practices in automation and quality assurance.
Lead the testing team in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Cucumber, Selenium, and Java. Develop and execute automated test scripts and scenarios to validate software quality and reliability. Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, track, and resolve software defects. Monitor testing progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on testing standards, automation practices, and methodologies.
Proficiency in test automation tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, and Java. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. Proven experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications in test automation or software testing are a plus.
