Full Description
We are hiring an IT Support Test QA Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) for a full-time position. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our IT and Quality Assurance team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates and aspiring IT professionals who are interested in software testing, technical support, and quality assurance. You will help ensure the quality and reliability of software applications while providing technical support and contributing to continuous product improvement. Your key responsibilities will include executing manual test cases, identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, and verifying bug fixes before software releases. You will assist in testing new features, system upgrades, and application enhancements to ensure they meet business and quality standards. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and support teams to reproduce issues, perform regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
