Job Title: Software QA/Senior Software QA Engineer

Job Location: Head Office (Gulshan-2, Dhaka)

Job Overview Join our team as a Software QA/Senior Software QA Engineer and play a key role in delivering high-quality software products. You will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web, mobile, and API-based applications through manual and automated testing. Working closely with Product, Technology, and Business teams, you will drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle, strengthen test automation, and help build scalable, high-performing solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Conduct web and mobile application testing, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI, with knowledge of API automation being an advantage.
• Execute performance and load testing using tools like JMeter.
• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Write scalable and maintainable automation scripts using JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
• Utilize JIRA and test management tools, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Understand QA processes, SDLC/STLC, Agile methodologies, and quality best practices.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying risks and driving quality improvements.
• Exhibit proven leadership and mentoring abilities, guiding QA team members and promoting a quality-first culture.
• Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
