About the Role The Head, Quality Assurance & Testing Centre ensures Polaris Bank's software ships reliably, performs under load, and is free of critical defects and security vulnerabilities before reaching production. This role directs four testing disciplines — Functional, Automated, Performance, and Security Testing — through specialist leads and engineers.
