Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. You will apply business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Additionally, you will apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution. You are expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing influencing and advisory skills. You will engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and addressing business area challenges. Master proficiency in Test Management is required. Master proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy and Planning is recommended. Master proficiency in Testing Process and Quality Improvement, and Master proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation are suggested.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience working at a Capital Markets client with deep asset wealth management functional knowledge. Minimum of 10 years of experience in test management, including planning, execution, and reporting. Minimum of 10 years of experience in integration testing and coordination across multiple teams, including familiarity with test automation frameworks, DevOps practices, and performance testing. High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Associates degree Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
