About The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated test cases that ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong automation scripting experience and the ability to translate business requirements into effective test strategies in an Agile environment.
Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing. Convert business requirements and acceptance criteria into effective test cases and automation coverage. Execute automation and manual test cases as needed. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across applications. Log and track defects, verify fixes, and support continuous release cycles. Participate in requirements reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure software quality.
8+ years of hands-on test automation experience. Strong scripting experience with WebdriverIO or similar tools. Automation scripting using Ruby/Cucumber (Java or C# also acceptable). Proficient in SQL and database testing. Strong experience in UI and API test automation. Experience working in Agile, TDD, or ATDD environments. Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other test management tools.
