We are seeking a Test Automation Lead with 10+ years of experience in automation testing, particularly using Selenium and Java-based frameworks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, leading test automation strategy, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, enterprise banking environment.
Lead automation testing efforts for complex enterprise applications. Design, develop, and maintain robust Selenium-based automation frameworks. Collaborate with development and QA teams to define and implement automation strategies. Conduct end-to-end regression, functional, and integration testing. Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and reporting. Mentor junior QA engineers and drive best testing practices.
10+ years of overall experience in software testing, with strong automation expertise. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java. Strong understanding of test automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Maven. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Banking or Financial Services experience is highly preferred. Prior experience in Java-based application projects is a plus. Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured) is an advantage.
