Role Overview As a UI/UX Usability & Testing Intern, you will collaborate closely with Nebulai’s product, design, and engineering teams to ensure that our marketplace and agentic platform deliver an exceptional user experience. You’ll be responsible for conducting usability tests, gathering user feedback, designing interaction flows, and supporting continuous UI/UX improvements for both the web interface and agentic design system.
Key Responsibilities Conduct usability studies, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews to identify friction points in the user journey. Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in collaboration with designers and developers. Test the platform’s interface and interaction with AI agents to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences. Analyze usability metrics and propose actionable insights for improvement. Support A/B testing, accessibility reviews, and mobile responsiveness validation. Document usability findings and recommend design enhancements to improve onboarding, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain UI/UX design standards and testing frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Knowledge of usability testing methods, user research, and UX metrics. Understanding of responsive design, web accessibility (WCAG), and UI testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, or similar). Strong curiosity about AI, agentic design, and human-AI collaboration. Excellent communication and analytical skills with a passion for user-centered design.
