Supplier qualification/development & certification; drive continuous improvement of supplier quality/manufacturing capability.

Degree: BEng+ in electrical/mechanical/mechatronics or related field

- 供应商开发与认证（Supplier Qualification & Development）
- 主导新供应商审核、评估及认证流程。
- 推动供应商持续改善项目，不断提升其质量体系及制造能力。
- 来料质量管理与问题解决（Incoming Quality Control & Problem Solving）
- 负责来料质量控制（IQC）流程管理，并处理供应商相关质量缺陷问题。
- 主导根本原因分析（Root Cause Analysis），并运用8D、5Why、SPC等质量工具推动纠正及预防措施（CAPA）的落实，解决供应商质量异常。
- 先期产品质量策划（APQP）
- 与供应商协作开展APQP活动。
- 审核并批准关键质量文件，包括：
- FMEA（失效模式与影响分析）
- Control Plan（控制计划）
- PPAP（生产件批准程序）等。
- 供应商绩效监控与关系管理（Performance Monitoring & Relationship Management）
- 监控并定期汇报供应商质量绩效指标，例如：
- DPPM（百万件缺陷数）
- PPM（百万件不良率）
- Yield Rate（良率）
- 作为供应商质量管理的主要窗口，建立并维护良好的合作关系和沟通机制。
- 图纸与技术规范审核（Drawing & Specification Review）
- 审核并确认供应商对工程图纸、技术规格及质量要求的理解与执行情况，确保符合要求。
- 出差要求
- 根据业务需要接受海外出差。
- 任职资格（Qualifications）
- 本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程、机电一体化或相关工程专业。
- 具备良好的英语读写能力。
- 具备优秀的供应商沟通与协调能力。
- 具备质量数据分析及质量报告编制能力。
- 有大功率电源产品相关经验者优先，包括但不限于：
- PSU（Power Supply Unit，电源模块）
- BBU（Battery Backup Unit，备用电池单元）
- Power Shelf（电源架）等。
- 具备良好的职业素养，工作有条理，团队合作意识强，能够灵活应对变化，积极主动且具有工作热情。
