Job Description

We are looking for a Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing for complex iOS and Android deliveries.

You will own the test strategy, lead QA engineers, and remain hands-on with mobile automation using Java, Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber (BDD). The role requires a strong balance of automation-first testing, targeted exploratory testing, defect management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing across system, integration, and UAT Define and maintain the test strategy and test plan Build and maintain mobile automation frameworks and test suites Guide QA engineers and manage parallel testing workstreams Perform exploratory/manual testing where needed Track defects, retesting, and reporting through Jira Communicate testing progress, quality status, and risks to stakeholders Drive improvements in QA processes, tools, and frameworks

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Test Lead Strong hands-on experience with Java, Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber Experience across functional, regression, exploratory, UAT, compatibility, and non-functional testing Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, Git Flow, Jira, Confluence Experience with Postman/Insomnia and SQL/DB Understanding of APIs, GCP, client-server interactions, environments, and test data Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Exposure to accessibility testing and mobile analytics/tagging validation

Nice to Have

Cross-system/integration testing DevOps or security testing knowledge Performance testing using JMeter or Lighthouse Understanding of microservices testing
