Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineering Saharanpur we’re looking for?Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your quality and inspection expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside motivated and collaborative teammates. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as manufacturing, quality, and customer teams), support non-conformance resolution using problem-solving methodologies, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of managing internal NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and qualifying manufacturing teams in self-inspection, but also perform workstation audits and participate in customer inspections.

We’ll look to you for

Supporting the Product Industrial Quality (PIQ) team within your scope

Managing and closing NCRs using problem-solving methodologies like QRQC

Participating in customer inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection processes

Managing and maintaining workstation dynamic checklists

Performing or participating in product inspections when required

Conducting workstation audits and follow-ups

Engineering degree – B.Tech/BE (Electrical) from a recognized university

IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and software uploading/downloading
