About This Job Manages and oversees the testing process for functional/hybrid/automation QA. Develops test plans, creates test cases, and executes tests to ensure software meets quality standards. Identifies and reports defects, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Develops, publishes, and monitors product QA and test plans for each phase of the development cycle. Plans all resources and schedules for functional and performance QA work. Oversees the selection of the QA and testing tool-kit. Tracks, reports-on, and works towards improvement of quality assurance metrics. Oversees performance of individual team members and team as a whole. Identifies and addresses staff training and development needs. Designs and develops test plans and test cases. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards. Executes automated and manual tests to identify defects and ensure product quality. Analyzes test results and reports to stakeholders.
