    • REST API testing experience (Postman/RestAssured/Supertest)

About the role

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our project teams, collaborating with development and product teams in defining and automating testing strategies for web and/or mobile applications, APIs, and integrations. The role operates within agile cycles, focusing on continuous quality and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. What you'll do? πŸ§‘πŸ»β€πŸ’» Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites (functional, regression, integration, end-to-end) for web applications, mobile applications, APIs and other kinds of AI Solutions pipelines. Define testing strategies in collaboration with manual QA, development, and product owners, participating from the planning stage. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.). Detect, document, and track bugs, working with the development team to resolve them. Analyze the results of automated executions, maintain, and refactor existing testing frameworks. Participate in code reviews of test code and promote best practices within the team. Collaborate in defining quality metrics (coverage, flakiness, execution times) and report on the product's quality status. Must-have 🀝 3+ years of experience in QA Automation.

Solid experience with at least one automation framework: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.

Programming in at least one language: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java. Experience testing REST APIs with tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or Supertest. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and their relationship to the testing lifecycle. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in version control (Git). Intermediate/advanced English (reading technical documentation, communicating with international teams or clients). English C1 Nice-to-have Experience with performance testing (JMeter, k6, Gatling). Experience with mobile testing (Appium) or cloud-based application testing (AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes for testing environments. Experience with BDD (Cucumber, Gherkin). ISTQB certifications. Experience working in a consulting/outsourcing model with direct clients. The industry calls it a Forward Deployed Engineer.
