About Azur
Azur Technology is transforming how MGAs launch and scale insurance products through MGA Connect, our modern, Salesforce-powered platform built by MGA professionals for modern insurers. We sell into two markets today: the London insurance market and US Specialty. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help execute our go-to-market strategy and drive awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement.
About the Role
Azur Technology is looking for a Mid-Level to Senior QA Test Engineer to help deliver high-quality, reliable software across our Salesforce.com platform and wider product suite. This role combines strong, traditional QA discipline with modern, AI-driven testing practices.
You will embed AI assistants — particularly Anthropic’s Claude — into the day-to-day QA workflow, using them to accelerate test design, automation, and defect analysis while raising overall coverage and release confidence. We want someone excited to pioneer reusable, Claude-based testing workflows and help set the standard for how our QA function scales with automation and AI.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–8 years of professional experience in a Quality Assurance role.
- QA expertise on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Hands-on experience with test automation using Playwright and/or Selenium.
- Experience with API test tools such as Playwright and Postman.
- Strong experience in regression, system integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing (manual and automation).
- Proven experience writing clear, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience in exploratory testing, UAT testing, and user support.
- Experience creating and managing defects in Jira.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum process, or the ability to adapt quickly to one.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.
AI-Driven Testing & Claude Workflows - CORE REQUIREMENT
This role requires practical, hands-on ability to apply AI to real QA work. You should be comfortable with — or able to quickly ramp on — the following
*** AI-driven test design:** Use Claude to generate, refine, and maintain test cases from requirements, user stories, and source code, and to drive risk-based test planning as the application evolves.
*** Claude in the QA workflow:** Embed Claude across the testing lifecycle — test case generation, exploratory testing, test data creation, defect reproduction and root-cause analysis, and coverage reporting.
*** Claude + Playwright + VS Code:** Use the Playwright MCP server with Claude inside VS Code to explore application flows through natural language, auto-generate Playwright test scripts, and self-heal broken locators as the UI changes.
*** Reusable Claude-based workflows:** Build and maintain reusable Claude Agent Skills (structured, repeatable workflows), subagents, and project-level instructions so AI-assisted testing is consistent, shareable, and version-controlled across the team.
*** Agentic testing loop:** Apply an “explore → generate → run → heal → report” approach — using Claude to map the application, write tests for real user journeys, execute them, repair failures, and report coverage.
*** Responsible AI use:** Review andvalidateall AI-generated tests and code for correctness, security, and maintainability — treating AI as an accelerator, not a replacement for QA judgement.
Good to Have

- ISTQB certification.
- Advanced Playwright automation skills.
- Non-functional / performance testing experience (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience working in the Insurance sector.
- Prior experience integrating AI tools or MCP servers into a testing or development workflow.
