Full Description

What will be your responsibility Act as the primary representative for System Validation during the initial project phases and ensure validation activities are aligned with key project objectives and milestones. Define, implement and continuously refine the overall System Validation approach across the entire development lifecycle Create and maintain comprehensive validation plans covering requirements traceability, regression testing, robustness assessments and release readiness Guide and mentor the System Validation team, including test leads and validation engineers. Manage validation capacity planning, resource allocation, budgets and the preparation of required test environments such as SIL, HIL and vehicle-level setups Drive a structured validation process, including requirements analysis, test case development, execution management and defect tracking Track testing progress, coverage, quality indicators and project risks, ensuring transparency and timely reporting Oversee issue and defect management activities, working closely with development teams to secure effective resolutions Support release assessments and contribute to successful engineering gate reviews Represent validation topics during customer meetings, workshops and technical reviews Participate in design reviews and provide support during internal and external audits, including ASPICE, quality and safety assessments Ensure all validation deliverables meet project timelines, budget expectations and defined quality targets

Requirements University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering or a related technical field ISTQB Foundation certification; ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification is considered an advantage Project Management training or equivalent hands-on experience in managing projects and teams. At least 3 years of professional experience in automotive testing, validation or systems engineering Proven track record in developing and executing System Validation strategies and plans. Experience with SIL and HIL testing environments; vehicle-level testing experience is beneficial. Understanding of automotive development standards and processes, with ASPICE knowledge being highly desirable Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and lead cross-functional teams Familiarity with test management and automation tools, such as Codebeamer and similar platforms
