Job Description
You will join our team of experts in test automation.
Your responsibilities will include
Analysing and assessing test automation landscape in projects and clusters Identifying gaps, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Consulting Leads and teams in definition and improvement of test automation strategies Consulting on selection and implementation of automation frameworks and tools Supporting integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines Supporting usage of test environments and test data Designing and executing proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate solutions, especially AI-driven approaches Introducing and promoting AI-supported testing approaches, including test generation, analysis/optimization and support for AI agents Developing and providing reusable assets, such as templates, framework components, best practices and documentation Driving adoption and standardization of test automation practices, including trainings, demos, community contributions and cross-team collaboration
