Full Description
Role: DevOps Automation Engineer (Trading)
Location: London, UK
Type: Permanent (5 days On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance CI/CD frameworks and automation solutions.
- Automate testing processes and manual workflows.
- Integrate Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office trading systems.
- Manage application releases, environment support, and production support.
- Perform client and venue certification for exchanges, markets, and dark pools.
- Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with Development, Business Analysis, Operations, and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Unix/Linux, and Shell Scripting.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, automation, and test frameworks.
- Experience with system integration, release management, and production support.
- Knowledge of functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Cloud-native experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within Capital Markets, Electronic Trading, or Trading Systems is highly preferred.
