The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services Job Description We are looking for a Test Leader to coordinate testing activities across project deliveries, ensuring effective test planning, execution, reporting and quality control. The role combines hands-on testing knowledge with team coordination, stakeholder communication and risk management responsibilities. Main Responsibilities Contribute to test strategies, master test plans and testing schedules. Coordinate test design, execution and reporting activities. Support and guide testing teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor test progress, identify risks and escalate issues when required. Manage defect tracking, prioritization and validation activities. Support Go/No-Go recommendations through accurate reporting and test evidence. Ensure project deliverables comply with testing standards and procedures. Communicate testing progress and outcomes to project stakeholders. Participate in Agile delivery activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing activities. Degree in Informatics or a related field. Knowledge of testing methodologies and ISTQB principles. Ability to build test strategies and test schedules. Experience coordinating software testers. Experience working in Agile environments. Knowledge of Octane, JIRA and Confluence. Knowledge of APIs and SQL. Strong analytical thinking, risk management and problem-solving skills. Excellent planning, prioritization and stakeholder communication capabilities. French language skills. Additional Information Experience testing applications in insurance or banking environments. Availability for international travel.
