Are you an experienced Test Manager looking for your next challenge in an international environment?

We're looking for a Test Manager to join a long-term project in the insurance and financial services sector, working with an international team responsible for delivering high-quality testing services across large-scale business initiatives.

📍 Location: Lisbon (Hybrid - 50% remote / 50% on-site)

💼 Your responsibilities Manage a portfolio of testing projects from planning through execution and closure. Define and implement test strategies for complex projects. Plan, monitor and control testing activities, budgets, timelines and quality. Coordinate testing teams and ensure delivery according to agreed objectives. Manage testing risks, dependencies and mitigation plans. Organise and facilitate test governance meetings and project committees. Produce test progress reports and support Go/No-Go decisions. Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Collaborate closely with project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams.

✅ What we're looking for Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 8 years' experience in Test Management. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. ISTQB knowledge/certification is highly valued. Experience managing complex testing projects throughout the full testing lifecycle. Experience with budgeting, planning, reporting and stakeholder management. Previous experience in insurance or banking projects is a strong plus.
