Your tasks

Lead the test planning, test cases design, execution, and reporting of software testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle. Define test strategies, test plans, test scope, resource allocation, and quality objectives for software releases. Review and analyze business, system, and software requirements to ensure testability and coverage. Manage defect lifecycle activities, including defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives. Design, develop, maintain, and improve automated test framework / solutions for functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing. Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, test infrastructure, and automation practices. Collaborate closely with multi-location teams, to align on quality expectations, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.

Your Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering in development and testing software applications. Strong experience in test management analytical skills in studying requirements, identifying test scenarios, and ensuring test coverage. Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across cross-functional and multi-location teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and software quality. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or PMP. Understanding of RF communication systems and radio monitoring equipment.
