**Top 3 responsibilities: **

Own end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce Service Cloud programs

Build and maintain scalable AccelQ automation frameworks and reusable test assets

Validate Service Cloud workflows (case lifecycle, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Service Console) and integrations; manage defect lifecycle and release readiness

Salesforce + Service Cloud (including case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, entitlement & SLA management; data model familiarity)

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 6+ years of experience to lead quality assurance initiatives for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.

What You'll Do
QA Leadership: Own end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce Service Cloud programs
Automation (AccelQ): Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable assets using AccelQ
Service Cloud Testing: Validate key functionalities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and Service Console
Workflow & Integration Testing: Ensure quality across case lifecycle, routing, SLAs, and integrations with external systems
CI/CD & Test Execution: Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado) and manage regression cycles
Defect & Quality Management: Drive defect lifecycle, quality metrics, reporting, and release readiness
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Expertise You'll Bring
6+ years of QA experience with 4+ years in Salesforce testing Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud processes and data model Hands-on experience with AccelQ automation (must-have) Experience in functional, regression, integration, and validation testing
Strong understanding of
- o Case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, entitlement & SLA management
- Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and integrations
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in leading QA teams and driving automation adoption
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive quality ownership and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
- Exposure to data validation/testing tools (e.g., Valgenesys)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin / Service Cloud Consultant)
